Spike - Ready for adoption

SPIKE, a handsome orange tabby junior, is the star of a shelter love story.  When he was moved to a room with a family of calicos, he and shy young Kalinda (AO48758) became instant friends. Now they spend their days curled up with each other, and it would be ideal if they could be adopted together.  Spike is calm, friendly and gentle, but on the shy side himself.  When you enter his communal room, he does not come up to you––you must go up to him.  But once you pick him up, he relaxes and starts purring.  Spike needs to be adopted by a cat-savvy person who will give him lots of affection and encouragement as he adapts to his new home.  Since he has been neutered, he is ready to go home with you.
