Meet CALLIE, a beautiful short-haired orange tabby young adult.  She arrived at the shelter as a pregnant stray and was put into foster care where she gave birth to 4 kittens a few days later.  Callie is extraordinarily sweet, friendly and gentle––a total love bug.  When you enter the communal room that she shares with her kittens, she comes right up to you, sits beside you and waits patiently for pets and attention.  Callie was a very good mom, but her sweet kittens are now old enough to be adopted so she is looking for her forever home too.  Callie will be a wonderful companion or family cat and will do well in a home where she will receive lots of love and attention.

Please use CALLIE’s intake number (A055785) when making inquiries at the shelter.

All cats available for adoption at Calaveras County Animal Services are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations will be microchipped.  All unaltered cats must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.
