There aren’t enough enthusiastic adjectives to describe Maui’s awesomeness. This guy is aces, and we adore him.
What is he? Our best guess is a “shepsky” — a shepherd/husky mix of some sort. He’s a lovely medium size, not too big and not too small. His fur is soft and plush and a joy to run your fingers through.
But Maui is SO much more than just his good looks. He has an amazing personality, sweet and friendly and very chill for a dog of his age (about a year) and breed mix. He’s smart and attentive and well-adjusted, displaying zero anxiety about living in our adoption center. He loves his walks, adores playtime, and will flop and nap just about anywhere.
Maui has done well with other dogs, and appears to be indifferent to the cats at our center. With proper introductions, he’ll likely do well with other pets you may have.
