Get To Know Meow

MEOW is a dark tortoiseshell adult, a big girl weighing in at 13 pounds of muscle. In spite of her husky build, she’s a softie inside–she’s outgoing and friendly, enjoys ear rubs and chin scratches, and would love to be your lap cat. Meow came to the shelter with her sister, Skittles, because their owner could no longer care for them. Meow is super friendly and affectionate and likes to drape herself around your neck and nuzzle her head under your chin. At five years old, she’s past the age of kitten romps, but has many years of active life ahead of her. She’d be a wonderful addition to almost any family of cat lovers. Meow is spayed and ready to go home with you.

All cats available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations will be microchipped. All unaltered cats must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.
