Get To Know Skittles

SKITTLES is a lovely tortoiseshell in pastels––her soft coat is peach and gray instead of the typical bold orange and black. She came to the shelter with her sister Meow because their owner could no longer care for them. She is five years old, spayed and weighs 11 pounds. Skittles is friendly and affectionate, but a little reserved. With a bit of coaxing she will come forward to greet you and accept gentle pets all over her body. She enjoys attention, but does not seem to be a true lap cat. Of course, all of this could change in a comfortable home environment. Skittles will do well in a calm household with a loving person or family who will bring out the best in her. Since Skittles is already spayed, she is ready to go home with you with minimal delay.

All cats available for adoption from Calaveras County Animal Services are up-to-date on their routine vaccinations will be microchipped. All unaltered cats must be spayed or neutered before they can go home with you.
