Found a baby squirrel on the ground? Observe from afar (as long as it is not in direct danger) to make sure that the mother picks the baby up. If, after two to three hours, there is no sign of the mother, contact our friends at Tri County Wildlife Care for more advice if you are in Calaveras, Amador, or Tuolumne.
