In collaboration with Calaveras County Animal Services, we have been awarded a major grant of $175,000 from California for All Animals (funding that was designated by our state’s governor for animal shelters).
This grant will provide dramatically increased assistance for low-income pet owners in Calaveras County who are struggling to afford spay/neuter for their dogs and cats. Depending on what the veterinarian charges (prices vary from practice to practice), the voucher may cover the entire cost of surgery.
