Bear, Otter, and Bonnie

Bear, Otter, and Bonnie

AVAILABLE THURSDAY 12/19.

Some of you may have seen the online kerfuffle in October, when a litter of 10-day-old puppies were taken to Bret Harte High School. Accounts vary on where they were initially found (we’ve heard several versions), and the whereabouts of the mother dog were sadly never determined.

We were able to accept three when we were made aware of the situation and placed them into foster care for round-the-clock bottle feeding, cuddling, and care.

Available for adoption beginning Thursday: Bear (black and white, male), Otter (brown, female), and Bonnie (white with grey, female). These pups were raised with love and are delightfully friendly and sweet.

What are they? We have no idea what their parents were, so it’s pure speculation on our part, but we see (maybe) some border collie, and miscellaneous dashes of this and that.

Based on their current weights, we’re predicting an adult size of 40-50 pounds for the girls, and 55-60 for Bear.
