Archie and his brother Oscar are 11 weeks old. They’re ridiculously adorable scruffalumps, likely a mixture of many breeds. They have extremely short legs that are bowed (Basset? Dachshund?), hair that’s simultaneously fuzzy, shaggy, and wiry, and our best guess is that they’ll reach an adult weight of about 50 pounds, a lovely medium size.
These two are playful, friendly, happy, and received two thumbs up and an enthusiastic five stars from our pre-K “dog tester,” Bodie, who spent the other day zooming through our closed adoption center on his bike with these two hot on his trail. It’s safe to say they think kiddos are pretty awesome.
As a reminder, we don’t place littermate puppies together.
