All dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped and dewormed. Dogs one year and older receive a heartworm test.
Dogs and puppies come with a voucher good for a free ‘well pet’ exam at participating veterinary hospitals and a starter bag of the same food they’ve been eating while in our care.
It’s possible you won’t find any animals listed. It could be there are no pets available or it could be there are so many pets, we haven’t had time to enter them here!

Dogs are usually sheltered in our adoption center in Angels Camp. They may be at a volunteer foster home if they are very young or have a special need. Either way, we take good care of them while they’re with us!
Most adoptable animals in our shelter can be seen in our online directories. Some are adopted extremely quickly and their photos may not be posted.
