Brando is a super-sweet Lab mix with legs for daaaayyyys. What is Brando mixed with? Our best guess, based on those legs and his profile (check out the side view pic), would be Greyhound or something in that vein — but of course, only DNA can reveal the full story.
He’s a petite 52 pounds, so he’s a peewee for either breed (except in terms of height). Brando is a transfer to us from our friends at Tuolumne County Animal Control, so we don’t have a history.
What we do know is that he LOVES other dogs, completely ignored Bubba’s obnoxious strutting past his suite, and takes treats oh-so-gently. In fact, Brando is gentle about absolutely everything. When he jumps up, he places his paws with a feather-light touch. We think he’d really enjoy living with kiddos (and we don’t say that very often).
Brando loves to play, of course, but once he’s gotten his wiggles out, he equally loves to chillax. He’ll make a first-rate addition to almost any type of household.
