This little cupcake is Deezie, a nine-pound chihuahua mix with a ridiculously cute underbite.
Chi mixes are a dime a dozen in California shelters, but this one? THIS one is simply amazing.
Deezie loves everyone she meets. People of all ages, other dogs, puppies, and yes, even cats are A-OK with this sweetheart.
She’s ultra-snuggly, and adored being carried around in a pup sling when she was feeling punky on arrival from another shelter. Deezie’s tummy upset is all gone now and she’s eating like a champ. Her new person or family will need to take care not to let her get overweight, as it would be hard on her tiny bones and joints.
Deezie looooves toys and can often be found napping in one of our toy baskets. She’s the perfect combination of playful and cuddly.
She appears to be housetrained, but we cannot make guarantees.
