Grace was found as a stray and was presumed to have been abandoned. Her finders helped her lose weight, had her spayed, and even had her DNA done. She is a three-way mix of Golden Retriever, Cane Corso, and Rottweiler.
We’ve discovered that Grace has had some training in her past — she knows SIT, DOWN, and WAIT, and walks nicely on a leash. She is very loving and eager to please. She’s a “leaner” — if she loves you, she’s gonna sit right beside you and lean her considerable bulk into you. It’s best to be sitting down when she does this!
We believe Grace would do well with other large-ish dogs with proper introductions. Smaller dogs have gotten her very excited, and we think it’s best if she doesn’t live with any. Cats are probably a no, too.
Grace will be excellent company for a lucky person or family. She seems to enjoy the kiddos she’s met very much.
