We’re delighted to announce that our most recent chairperson, Valley Springs resident JoAnn Kromfols (pictured here with visiting pup Freckles), was awarded the status of board member emeritus by our board of directors at last night’s meeting.
JoAnn’s open-minded, inclusive, and dynamic leadership enabled us to first explore the idea of launching our organization’s shelter and adoption center, and with her at the helm, this vision became reality in June 2019.
