Heeler mix River, a 2-3 year old spayed female, is a total delight. She LOVES people and greets everyone she meets with complete joy. At just 40 pounds, River is on the petite side and her coloring is simply adorable.
River is particular about other dogs, although she was in heat when she first arrived in our care and that may have made her grumpy. We haven’t had an opportunity since her spay yesterday to see if she’s become less fussy about selecting canine friends.
