We’re always pleased to collaborate with our friends at Calaveras County Animal Services. Officer McBride stopped by our adoption center yesterday to pick up dog food and treats for a small local community of indigent people with 12-15 dogs. Thanks to Officer McBride’s hard work, all but the very youngest puppies on that site are now spayed and neutered.
In addition, we accepted eight (!) puppies from Animal Services as transfers for adoption this week alone. We’re very happy when our two organizations can work together to help some of the most vulnerable animals in Calaveras. ♥️🐾
