Have you thought about who would care for your pets if you get sick with COVID? If you contract the virus, you might be physically weakened to the point that daily feeding, walking, and grooming of your animals will be beyond your strength.
Nobody wants to expect the worst, but it’s wise to make a plan now. (We’re not trying to be total downers here — it’s smart to be prepared, just in case). Make a pact with a friend or neighbor to swap pet care, and pull together a couple weeks’ worth of pet supplies (food, medication) in a “go-kit” so that you won’t have to worry later. ❤️🐾
