June 20 marked the official one-year anniversary of the opening of our Angels Camp shelter and adoption center. (We’ve been around as an organization since 1978, but this is our first full-service shelter.)
We’re extremely proud of all we’ve accomplished in that short amount of time, especially when you factor in a couple of the unexpected challenges along the way: several multi-day power outages and a seven-week COVID closure.
We’ll let these numbers speak for themselves. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make our first year a success, including donors, adopters, volunteers, fosters, and more! ❤️🐾
